Hi All,
Please join us on Thursday 16th April 2026 for the next Splunk London User Group hosted at The Flying Horse (Near Liverpool Street). We also welcome Aleem Cummins back as the community Splunk London User Group Co-Lead.
We’re excited to welcome Guilhem Marchand the founder of TrackMe. He will talking all things AI and how AI in IT operations isn’t a roadmap slide anymore - it’s shipping in production. In this session, Guilhem shares the journey of building a fully context-aware AI assistant directly inside Splunk, from initial concept and live customer demos to the real-world challenges of data sovereignty, entity anonymisation, and earning trust in security-conscious environments.
The talk covers how TrackMe embedded a provider-agnostic AI assistant that analyses entity health, interprets ML anomaly detection results, suggests investigation steps, and even generates AI-powered incident summaries in alert emails - all without users ever leaving Splunk. Whether connected to OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, a self-hosted Ollama instance, or Splunk’s own hosted LLMs, organisations retain full control over where their data goes.
We’ll walk through the practical lessons: how context enrichment turns a generic chatbot into a genuinely useful operational tool, how built-in SHA256 anonymisation addresses the “I can’t send my hostnames to an LLM” concern, and what it takes to make AI accessible to everyone from the Splunk admin tuning thresholds to the daily user investigating an alert for the first time. There’s more on the horizon, but the capability is live now, and the results have been remarkable!
Food and drinks will be served as always
