In this session, we will discuss about how we used to manage one gigantic Splunk cluster for all of our clients and how we shifted to a multi-cluster deployment brought as a managed service over a private cloud environment. We would deep dive into some unique use cases (data sharing, integrations, custom apps) from our clients and see how we managed to resolve them using Splunk and other in-house developments as part of our monitoring & observability ecosystem.

Bridging Data Worlds with Splunk (Eugene Kalayev, ControlUp)
In this session we will look at several examples of integrating data coming from different disciplines and technical sources (proprietary logs, databases, CRM systems and many more), to create BI insights, support business continuity and fulfill a variety of other mission-critical tasks. Over the years Splunk-based solutions have helped us at ControlUp build and grow our company while making data-driven business decisions. We'll examine some search practices, integration ideas, dashboards and alerts, while sharing lessons learned based on hands-on examples.
