Good morning all SLUG members, I am pleased to announce the next Splunk London User Group event has been scheduled. Our next event will be on Thursday 16th March 2023 and REMOTE ONLY. Reason for it being remote only, the presenters are dialing in from Sweden, how global are we :-) Title: “Automating Splunk for fun and profit “ At .conf22 we released an open-source project called CCA for Splunk – an automation framework covering the full operational lifecycle of Splunk Enterprise administration with Ansible and Git. We will pick up from where we left off in Las Vegas, show a bit of what we´ve been working on since behind the scenes and most of all - hope to spark some ideas and an inspiring discussion about the future of automation in and around Splunk with you! Victor & Roger have suggested attendees watch if you can their previous presentation from .conf22 (link below) before attending this user group event https://conf.splunk.com/watch/conf-online.html?search=PLA1151B&search.event=conf22#/ (PLA1151B - .conf® to the Moon – A One-way Ticket To Effortless Splunk Management With Ansible®) I was lucky enough to be in the room to watch this presentation LIVE, and i have to say it was one of the highlights of .conf22 for me, highly recommend watching this .conf22 session and attending this Splunk London user group event. Fascinating stuff. AGENDA 18:30 (UK time) - Kick off session content Joining instructions for those attending remotely will be made available the day before the event. paul.brinkman@bankofengland.co.uk cheers Paul
Hope you all enjoyed our previous SLUG event on Tuesday 24th January 2023, I know I did.
Description: Description: “SplunkCloud solves a lot of the administrative challenges in operating Splunk – but what about everything outside of SplunkCloud? We´ve got some ideas about that…
