Feb 28, 5:00 – 7:00 AM

Attention all data enthusiasts and Splunk lovers! Get ready for the first Splunk User Group of 2024! Topics include Security with AI alerting, Automation, and the latest Splunky developments from AWS, so come join us and grab a drink & pizza while you're at it!

About this event

We'll be hosting this event at the Splunk Office in Melbourne, and invite you to come along and join in the fun and learning with us!

The event will start at 4pm, with presentations commencing at 4:30pm.

If you're new to Splunk User Groups, this is where you can hear from other Splunk users on what they're doing, meet like-minded people, and share the latest over pizza and drinks :-) All skill levels welcome!

Our action packed agenda to kick off 2024 includes:

  • Shimon Modi - VP of Product Management for Dataminr demonstrating how to use Dataminr’s Splunk app to protect your critical assets from threats you cannot detect within your network. Learn how Dataminr’s AI driven real-time alerts help security teams respond to external cyber and physical threats targeting your assets, key business partners, supply chain and peers.
  • David Wyss - Presenting an overview and demo of how automation can be used to check, validate and push (up to 50) Splunk changes into production on a daily basis.
  • Trav Kane - APAC Cloud Alliances Senior Engineer for Splunk will be talking about the new developments between AWS and Splunk announced in December, our Partnership with AWS, plus what’s in it for you!

Remember to RSVP ASAP to reserve your spot - you don't want to miss this!
