In this session, we’ll level-set the what, why and key terminology used in observability and the assets coming out of the CNCF OpenTelemetry project (think traces, metrics and logs). We’ll talk about real-world scenarios and even see a demo of Splunk Observability Cloud as one example of a backend platform for ingest and correlation. We’ll end with open source assets for you to continue on your own.
