We're excited to have you join us virtually at 5:30pm PDT on Wednesday, May 6 for our SF Bay Area Splunk user group meeting! Please be sure to RSVP on this page to access the virtual event URL.
We'll start things off with a welcome, some announcements, followed by our speakers for the evening. After Q&A with the speakers, Becky and I will be hanging out on the Zoom for 30 minutes for anyone that would like to chat and catch up with one another - completely optional! We'd love to hear how all of you are doing, so we'll stay online and keep the Zoom going for a bit. :)
Speakers:
Lorena Ciesluk, SAP Basis Admin and App Manager, Imperial Irrigation District
Deborah Zahler, Account Executive, RHONDOS
Lorena will be presenting on how bringing SAP data into Splunk with PowerConnect has helped her gain visibility into SAP, streamline the company’s daily SAP checklist, save time and how their SAP security posture has been up leveled.
Deborah will explain how the PowerConnect add on (agent) is able to pull thousands of data elements from SAP to bring to Splunk. SAP data has never been available in real time, and by bringing this information into Splunk, companies can reduce MTTR, arrive to RCA more quickly, save manpower on monitoring efforts, and easily share SAP data with various departments outside SAP.
