The idea is F2F - If Lloyd or Nathalie wants to broadcast, then no problems. :)
But ask Lloyd or Nathalie if they want to start up a ZOOM or TEAMS!
I think for this event will be on-site only since we still new to this (or atleast i am 😀). But i think in the future we will look into how we can manage this with a teams or other options.
If you make the event "hybrid" you get Bevy Virtual - which means you don't have to spin up Teams or Zoom. Attendees can join in-person or virtually - just be sure to create 2 different ticket types - 1 for in-person and another for virtual so that you know who's attending what.
Then virtual attendees simply click "join" and will be taken to the Bevy Virtual experience and you can do so from your laptop/phone and stream the stage out to them. be sure to mic the speaker up.

Ok, That's actually really easy. Just add virtual option in Beavy when you are creating the event. Then join with this button when event starts.
